The invention discloses a double-lock-cylinder type mechanical coded lock and a protection device thereof. The double-lock-cylinder type mechanical coded lock comprises a lock body, a first lock cylinder, a second lock cylinder and a coded disc, wherein the first lock cylinder and the second lock cylinder are matched with the lock body. The lock body comprises a lock body main body, a built-in elastic piece, a first lock pin and a second lock pin. A head part, a middle part and a tail part are sequentially formed on the first lock cylinder. A first unlocking position and a first locking position are arranged on the side, facing the coded disc, of the head part, and a first transition position is formed between the first unlocking position and the first locking position. An unlocking part,a sleeve part and a holding part are sequentially formed on the second lock cylinder. The unlocking part sleeves the middle part of the first lock cylinder, and the sleeve part and the holding part sleeve the tail part of the first lock cylinder. A second unlocking position and a second locking position are arranged on the side, facing the coded disc, of the unlocking part, and a second transitionposition is formed between the second unlocking position and the second locking position. According to the double-lock-cylinder type mechanical coded lock and the protection device thereof, the unlocking complexity is improved, and then the protection level of the whole protection device is improved.
