Low-temperature welding method for vacuum tempered glass
The invention discloses a low-temperature welding method for vacuum tempered glass. The low-temperature welding method is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, screen printing is carried out on tempered glass plates to be machined, and a screen printing plate with 200 meshes or above is adopted to print the tempered glass plates into cylinders; 2, the four sides of the glass plates are chamfered, and bonding wires are printed; 3, the two tempered glass plates to be machined are folded, and placed into a low-temperature 150-DEG C oven to be heated until the periphery of the glass is cured; 4, holes are punched in the first tempered glass plate, and the first tempered glass plate is sealed through stainless steel; and 5, a semi-finished product prepared through the above steps is vacuumized, and aging treatment is carried out for 24 hours. The low-temperature welding method has the advantages that the vacuum tempered glass is sintered at a low temperature during manufacturing of the vacuum flat tempered glass, and the bonding wires on the four sides of the glass plates are heated and welded on the plate glass, so that the energy consumption for manufacturing the product can be reduced, the machining speed is increased, the curing phase is shortened, the production capacity of the product is higher, and the application range is wider.
本发明公开了一种真空钢化玻璃低温焊接方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一、对待加工钢化玻璃板进行网版印刷,采用200目以上网版,印刷为圆柱;步骤二、玻璃板四边进行倒角处理并印刷焊线;步骤三、将两块待加工钢化玻璃板对合,放入低温150°烘箱加热,直至玻璃周边固化;步骤四、在钢化玻璃板一处进行打孔,并使用不锈钢封口;步骤五、对上述步骤制成半成品抽真空,进行时效处理24小时。本发明优点在于在真空平板钢化玻璃制作上,低温烧结真空钢化玻璃;玻璃板四边的焊线在平板玻璃上加热焊接;这样可以使制作产品的能耗降低,加工速度固期缩短,使产品产能更大,并且应用面更广泛。
