The invention discloses a city street lamp with adjustable inclination angle and heat dissipation effect function. The city street lamp comprises a shell, a lamp post and a base, the lamp post is fixedly connected to the upper side of the base, the shell is fixedly connected to the lamp post, a mounting groove is formed in the lower side of the shell, a lamp tube is fixedly connected into the mounting groove, and the lamp tube is fixedly connected to the upper side of the lamp post. A mounting groove is formed in the shell, a first rotating shaft is rotationally connected into the mounting groove, a support is arranged on the first rotating shaft in a sleeving mode, a convex mirror is arranged on the support, and a driving assembly used for rotating the convex mirror is arranged on the inner side of the shell. The street lamp is reasonable in design; by means of the convex mirror, the reciprocating assembly is used for enabling the convex mirror to rotate slowly and regularly, light ofthe lamp tube irradiates more places under reflection of the convex mirror, convenience is provided for more people; by means of the water tank, the spoilers are arranged in collected rainwater, andtherefore the purpose of cooling the shell is achieved, the possibility that the temperature of the shell cannot be dissipated in time, and damage to the street lamp is increased is avoided.
