Expanded perlite cooling device
The invention discloses an expanded perlite cooling device. The expanded perlite cooling device comprises a cooling shell, a cooling water tank and a bearing table, wherein the cooling water tank is arranged in the cooling shell. The expanded perlite cooling device is characterized by further comprising a propeller blade, wherein the two sides of the propeller blade are fixedly connected with theinner wall of the cooling shell and the outer wall of the cooling water tank respectively, the cooling shell, the cooling water tank and the propeller blade are clamped to form a spiral flow channel,a spiral air pipe is fixed to the lower end face of the propeller blade, an air outlet is formed in the bottom surface of the spiral air pipe, and the top end of the spiral air pipe extends out of thecooling shell and is connected with a fan. According to the cooling device, the material cooling time is prolonged through the spiral flow channel, materials are pushed and cooled through the air pipe, cooling is more sufficient, and the effect is better.
