The invention discloses a shielding cabinet with a nested door structure. The shielding cabinet comprises an outer sleeve door (1), an outer hinge (2), an embedded door (3), shielding glass (4), an inner hinge (5), metal wire mesh gaskets (6), captive screws and a box body (8). The shielding cabinet is characterized in that the embedded door is connected with the outer sleeve door through the outer hinge and is locked and fixed with the outer sleeve door through the first captive screw; the embedded door is in compression contact with the outer sleeve door through the first metal wire mesh gasket; the outer sleeve door is connected with the box body through the inner hinge; the outer sleeve door is locked and fixed with the box body through the second captive screw; the outer sleeve door is in compression contact with the box body through the second metal wire mesh gasket; the shielding glass is connected to the embedded door; the embedded door can be integrally opened along with the outer sleeve door and can also be independently opened. The contact sealing performance and the conductive continuity between a door plate and a cabinet body when the door plate is closed can be ensured, an interference source and a sensitive source can be effectively isolated, and the purpose of electromagnetic shielding is achieved.
