According to the sulphoaluminate cement clinker provided by the invention, industrial hazardous waste aluminum ash is adopted as a raw material component to replace part of bauxite, so that the sulphoaluminate cement clinker is beneficial to environmental protection, the treatment pressure of aluminum ash waste is reduced, the production cost can be reduced, and comprehensive utilization of resources is realized; the sulphoaluminate cement clinker provided by the invention is short in setting time and high in strength.
