The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of novel inorganic materials, in particular to a hydroxyl-containing calcium phosphate material, a method for synthesizing and forming the hydroxyl-containing calcium phosphate material in one step and application of the hydroxyl-containing calcium phosphate material. The method comprises the following steps: injecting mixed slurry obtained by mixing inorganic calcium salt powder and supplementing liquid into a mold at normal temperature and normal pressure, reacting under a closed condition, and curing to form a solid material containing hydroxyapatite. According to the invention, the inorganic calcium salt powder and the supplementing liquid are adopted to finish synthesis of a hydroxyapatite molecular structure in one step, andsolidification is performed to form a corresponding hydroxyapatite stone block, so that the material has a certain mechanical strength and also has trimmable plasticity. According to the production process technical method, a production process technology which is low in cost, simple and convenient to process and free of 'three wastes' emission is provided for application of hydroxyapatite in dentistry, bone marrow, bioengineering materials, phosphate ceramics and the like.
本发明涉及新型无机材料制备技术领域，尤其是涉及一种含羟基磷酸钙的材料及其合成和成型一步完成的方法、应用。所述方法包括如下步骤：无机钙盐粉末与补料液体混合得到的混合浆料，在常温常压下，注入模具中，在密闭条件下反应并固化形成含羟基磷酸钙的固体材料。本发明采用无机钙盐粉末与补料液体一步完成合成羟基磷酸钙分子结构与固化形成相应的羟基磷酸钙石块，具有一定的机械强度，同时又具有可修整的可塑性。这种生产工艺技术方法，为羟基磷酸钙在牙科、骨额、生物工程材料、磷酸盐陶瓷等应用上提供了低成本、加工简易便捷，无“三废”排放的生产工艺技术。
