A typical representative CaAl2B2O7 of a CaO-Al2O3-B2O3 ternary system is used as a low-dielectric low-loss Ca-Al-B-based microwave dielectric ceramic material for the first time, the low-dielectric low-loss Ca-Al-B-based microwave dielectric ceramic material comprises the following raw materials: CaCO3, Al2O3 and H3BO3, the chemical general formula is CaAl2xB2O7(x=0.25-1), the main crystal phase is CaAl2B2O7, which is prepared by a solid-phase sintering method; the pre-sintering temperature is 750-900 DEG C and the sintering temperature is 930-1040DEG C; the material has a low dielectric constant of 4-6, the loss is as low as 2.14*10<-4>, and the frequency temperature coefficient is -20--30 ppm/DEG C.
