The invention relates to an asphalt pavement base induction joint setting method. The method comprises the steps of determining related parameters according to the base type in a pavement structure; carrying out cracking limit state stress analysis on the base layer structure, and when the vector sum of shrinkage force EXbh generated by the base layer material due to air shrinkage and temperatureshrinkage deformation and shear force F between the lower bearing layer and the base layer is greater than or equal to allowable tension sigma bh of the base layer material, generating a cracking surface on the base layer to form a crack; calculating the crack spacing L of the base layer structure, and calculating the minimum crack spacing of base layer cracking; cutting an induced joint on the base layer according to the calculated crack spacing L in the construction process; after joint cutting, joints are cleaned in time, and joint sealing treatment is conducted through joint sealing materials; paving an anti-crack layer above the position of the induced crack after crack pouring; and additionally laying an asphalt surface layer. According to the method, the formation position of the base layer crack is actively controlled, meanwhile, the tensile stress at the interlayer crack is resisted through crack pouring and anti-crack layer laying, crack width development is limited, and reflection cracks are prevented from being formed on the asphalt surface layer.
本发明涉及一种沥青路面基层诱导缝设置方法,包括:根据路面结构中基层类型确定相关参数;对基层结构进行开裂极限状态受力分析,当基层材料由于干缩、温缩变形产生的收缩力EXbh与下承层和基层之间的剪力F的向量和大于或等于基层材料的容许拉力σbh时,基层便会产生开裂面,形成裂缝;计算基层结构裂缝间距L,此处计算基层开裂的最小裂缝间距;施工过程中按照计算的裂缝间距L对基层切诱导缝;切缝后及时清缝并使用填缝料进行灌缝处理;灌缝后在诱导缝位置上方铺设抗裂层;加铺沥青面层。本发明通过主动控制基层裂缝形成的位置,同时通过灌缝、铺设抗裂层抵抗层间裂缝处的拉应力,限制裂缝宽度发展,防止在沥青面层形成反射裂缝。
