The top plate and the extending plates are arranged on the movable base; after the top plate is adjusted to the proper height through the lifting assembly, the two telescopic sleeve rodsare pushed to slide the two extending plates out of the two sides of the top plate, and the top plate and the extending plates can form a baffle for preventing objects falling from high altitudes; when an object on a constructed overpass bridge falls down to a road, the object can directly hit the top plate and the extending plates, and damage to vehicles on the road is avoided.
