The invention discloses an intelligent barrier gate control terminal which comprises a foundation, a first control frame is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the foundation, a reset rotating shaftcavity is formed in the first control frame, a motor supporting shaft is rotatably arranged on the bottom wall of the reset rotating shaft cavity, and a first reset pipe is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the reset rotating shaft cavity. A first reset spring is connected between the first reset pipe and the motor supporting shaft, a lifting rod motor is fixedly arranged at the upper end ofthe motor supporting shaft, a stop rod shaft is rotationally arranged at the front end of the lifting rod motor, and a stop rod is fixedly arranged on the stop rod shaft and can be opened when a vehicle normally passes through to allow the vehicle to run; but when a vehicle passes through the barrier gate without examination, emergency measures can be automatically started, the vehicle chassis ishooked by a speed reduction hook, and the vehicle is forcibly dragged to decelerate, so that the vehicle is prevented from flying and overturning after colliding with other objects to cause fatal threats to people inside and outside the vehicle, and the life safety of people in and near the vehicle when the vehicle is out of control or is manually controlled to pass through the barrier gate without examination is guaranteed.
