A gate ditch (1-1) is formed in the side wall of a water channel (1); a rack (5) is fixedly arranged above the side wall of the water channel (1), the rack (5) is matched with a gear (6), and teeth of the rack (5) are located on an up-down movement path of the gear (6); under the condition that a flash board (3) is completely closed, the rack (5) is not meshed with the gear (6), and the straight plate wall of a fishing frame (2) is parallel to the side wall of the water channel (1); and when the flash board (3) is opened, after the flash board (3) moves upwards by a certain distance, when a rotating shaft (2-2) is higher thanthe top of the side wall of the water channel (1), the rack (5) is meshed with the gear (6), the gear (6) rotates to drive the fishing frame (2) to rotate, and floating contaminants hooked by the fishing frame (2) are poured out of the water channel (1). The dam has the advantages that the safety is improved, the fixing cost is low, the labor is reduced, and a new technical thought is provided.
