The invention discloses a composite photovoltaic support pile foundation structure. The composite photovoltaic support pile foundation structure comprises a concrete pile and a cement-soil mixing pile, wherein the pile length of the concrete pile is greater than that of the cement-soil mixing pile; the concrete pile penetrates through a virtual pile part of the cement-soil mixing pile along the axis of the cement-soil mixing pile, and is inserted into an effective pile part of the cement-soil mixing pile; and a gap is reserved between the pile bottom of the concrete pile and the pile bottom ofthe cement-soil mixing pile. The composite photovoltaic support pile foundation structure provided by the invention can adapt to the geological conditions of soft soil such as sludge or the conditionof low foundation bearing capacity, and can effectively improve the foundation bearing capacity, reduce the construction cost and enhance the feasibility of project economy; and meanwhile, under theenvironmental condition of high foundation soil corrosivity, the pile foundation is high in durability and long in service life, and meets the construction requirements of a photovoltaic power station.
