The invention discloses a yielding and vibration reduction composite structure of an open-cut tunnel and a construction method of the yielding and vibration reduction composite structure. The yieldingand vibration reduction composite structure comprises a prefabricated reinforced concrete block, a reinforced concrete layer and an elastic layer. The prefabricated reinforced concrete block is arranged in the tunnel, is integrally of an arch structure and is used for supporting an upper load of the tunnel. The reinforced concrete layer is arranged on the inner side of the prefabricated reinforced concrete block and matched with the inner side of the prefabricated reinforced concrete block in shape. The elastic layer is arranged between the prefabricated reinforced concrete block and the reinforced concrete layer. The structural form of combining a prefabricated structure and a cast-in-place structure is adopted, the influence of the upper vibration load of the tunnel on the tunnel structure can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, temperature difference cracks can be avoided, and the cost is reduced while the construction speed is increased.
本发明公开了一种明挖隧道的让压减振复合结构及其施工方法,其包括:预制钢筋混凝土块,其设置于隧道内,整体为拱形结构,用于支撑隧道上部载荷;钢筋混凝土层,其设置于所述预制钢筋混凝土块内侧,其与所述预制钢筋混凝土块内侧形状匹配;以及弹性层,其设置在所述预制钢筋混凝土块与钢筋混凝土层之间。本发明采用预制结构与现浇结构结合的结构形式,可有效减轻隧道上部振动荷载对隧道结构的影响,同时可防止温差裂缝,并在提高施工速度的同时降低成本。
