Prefabricated tunnel
The invention provides a prefabricated tunnel. The prefabricated tunnel comprises a plurality of concrete pipe sections which are sequentially connected in the length direction of the tunnel, whereina convex opening tenon is arranged at the first end of each concrete pipe section, and a concave opening tenon is arranged at the second end of each concrete pipe section; in every two adjacent concrete pipe sections, the convex opening tenon on one concrete pipe section can be fixedly connected with the concave opening tenon on the other concrete pipe section in a sleeving manner; and the ductility of the convex opening tenons and the ductility of the concave opening tenons are greater than those of the concrete pipe sections. According to the prefabricated tunnel provided by the invention, the convex opening tenons and the concave opening tenons are used as circular seam joints at the position between every two adjacent concrete pipe sections, namely the circular seams of the prefabricated tunnel, and the convex opening tenons and the concave opening tenons are fixedly connected in a sleeving manner, so that the shearing resistance of the circular seams of the prefabricated tunnel isrealized; and the ductility of the convex opening tenons and the ductility of the concave opening tenons are greater than those of the concrete pipe sections, so that brittle failure is not liable tooccur at the circular seams of the prefabricated tunnel, and the shearing resistance is improved.
本发明提供了一种预制隧道,包括沿隧道长度方向依次连接的多段混凝土管节,混凝土管节的第一端设置有凸口榫,混凝土管节的第二端设置有凹口榫;相邻两段混凝土管节中,其中一者上的凸口榫能够与另一者上的凹口榫固定套接;其中,凸口榫和凹口榫的延性均大于混凝土管节的延性。本发明提供的预制隧道相邻的两段混凝土管节之间即预制隧道的环缝处,利用凸口榫和凹口榫作为环缝接头,通过凸口榫和凹口榫的固定套接实现预制隧道环缝处的抗剪,由于凸口榫和凹口榫的延性均大于混凝土管节的延性,所以预制隧道环缝处不易发生脆性破坏,提高了抗剪能力。
