The invention provides a water intake opening with an overhauling sealing cover and an overhauling method. The water intake opening is a public water supply water intake opening of a pumped storage power station; a public water supply system takes water from a lower reservoir of a pumped storage power station; and the water intake opening is arranged on the outer side wall of a gate well of the lower reservoir, located below the dead water level of the lower reservoir, and close to the dead water level of the lower reservoir. A well mouth of the gate well is provided with a part suitable for being fixed and is used for arranging a permanent or temporary lifting device, and the lifting device is used for lifting the overhauling sealing cover. Aiming at the underground powerhouse type pumpedstorage power station with only one emergency gate arranged in the lower reservoir, the use of the water intake opening with the overhauling sealing cover and the overhauling method not only ensuresreliable water taking of the public water supply system, but also creates overhaul conditions for a first valve connected with the lower reservoir by temporarily blocking the water intake opening through the overhauling sealing cover.
本发明提供了一种带检修封盖的取水口及检修方法，所述取水口为抽蓄电站的公共供水取水口，公共供水系统从抽蓄电站下库取水，所述取水口设置于下库闸门井外侧壁上，并且位于下库的死水位之下并靠近下库的死水位；闸门井的井口具有适于固定的部位，用于设置永久或临时的起吊装置，所述起吊设备用于起吊所述检修封盖。针对下库仅设置一道事故闸门的地下厂房式抽水蓄能电站，本发明的使用既可以保证公共供水系统取水可靠，又可以通过检修封盖临时封堵取水口为与下库相连的第一道阀门创造检修的条件。
