The invention discloses a double-hole direct-flushing type wall-mounted pedestal pan which comprises a pan body and a pan ring, a water guide groove is formed in the pan body, the water guide groove is formed below the pan ring, a main water channel is formed in the rear portion of the pan body, the rear portion of the main water channel is communicated with a water inlet, and a water box is arranged on the front portion of the main water channel and communicated with the main water channel; the water guide groove communicates with the water box; flushing holes are arranged in the water box; acap head is arranged at the lower part of the pot body; and the tail end of the cap head communicates with a blow-off pipeline. The water guide groove and the water box are arranged, water flow passing through the water guide groove flushes the pot body, the water box is provided with the flushing holes, water flowing out of the flushing holes of the water box and water flowing out of the water guide groove are stacked together, the flow and the flushing effect of the water flow are improved, the water flow can form centralized flushing on the surface of the pot cavity, and the purposes of thorough flushing and good pollution discharge effect are achieved.
