The invention discloses an anti-seismic and anti-progressive-collapse frame structure based on UHPC. The anti-seismic and anti-progressive-collapse frame structure comprises a plurality of precast concrete columns, a plurality of reserved channels, a plurality of precast concrete superposed beams, a plurality of beam bottom longitudinal bars, a plurality of beam stirrups, a plurality of beam top longitudinal bars, a plurality of lap joint steel bars, a plurality of post-pouring superposed layers and a plurality of post-pouring UHPC areas; and the precast concrete columns and the precast concrete superposed beams are connected through the post-pouring UHPC areas, the beam top longitudinal bars penetrate through the reserved channels, the post-pouring superposed layers and the post-pouring UHPC areas, the lap joint steel bars penetrate through the reserved channels and the post-pouring UHPC areas, and the beam bottom longitudinal bars and the lap joint steel bars are connected in the post-pouring UHPC areas in a lap joint mode. The UHPC is used in a main stress area of the frame structure, the excellent compression resisting, tensile, bonding and energy dissipation capacity of the UHPC are flexibly applied to the structure, the assembled concrete frame structure form is innovated, and meanwhile the anti-seismic property and the anti-progressive-collapse property of the structureare improved.
