The invention discloses an environment-friendly self-adjusting multi-stage sound insulation wall which comprises a frame. A detector is arranged on the frame, a channel is formed in the frame, rotating rollers are symmetrically and horizontally installed in the channel in a rotating manner through rotating shafts, the multiple rotating rollers are jointly sleeved with an adsorption layer, a scraper corresponding to the adsorption layer is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the channel, the upper end face of the scraper is slidably connected with the outer layer of the adsorption layer, and aliquid storage box is vertically and fixedly arranged in the channel and located in the middle of the adsorption layer. In the environment-friendly self-adjusting multi-stage sound insulation wall, magnetorheological fluid, electromagnets and the detector are arranged to be matched, and therefore the sound absorption degree of the sound insulation wall is in positive correlation with the intensity of noise, when the intensity of the noise is increased, the sound absorption capacity of the sound insulation wall is also increased accordingly, and therefore the sound insulation range of the sound insulation wall to the noise can be widened, and applicability is high; and resonance between the sound insulation wall and the noise can be avoided, and the sound insulation effect of a sound insulation plate is further improved.
