The invention relates to a double-layer breathing type energy-saving curtain wall. The curtain wall comprises an inner wall and an outer wall which are connected with each other, a water storage pieceinstalled between the outer wall and the inner wall and a switch piece installed at the top of the inner wall, and a containing groove used for containing the water storage piece is formed at the side, facing the outer wall, of the inner wall. A sliding groove used for containing the switch piece is formed at the top of the inner wall in the horizontal direction, the switch piece comprises a water absorption expansion part and a shaping part, the water absorption expansion part is fixedly connected to the side, deviating from the outer wall, of the sliding groove, and the bottom and the top of the sliding groove communicate with the containing groove and the outside through a water inlet through hole correspondingly. A switch through hole is formed in the shaping part. The water absorption expansion part absorbs water to push the shaping part to align the switch through hole with the water inlet through hole, the water absorption expansion part loses water to pull the shaping part tostagger the switch through hole and the water inlet through hole, a plurality of air inlet through holes are formed in the outer wall, and a plurality of air outlet through holes are formed at the bottom of the outer wall. The curtain wall has the effects of isolating heat outside the house and cooling the interior of the house.
