The invention provides a concrete beam, a connecting assembly and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the field of constructional engineering. The concrete beam comprises a prefabricated concrete structure and a prefabricated framework structure; the prefabricated concrete structure is provided with a pouring groove, a groove opening of the pouring groove is located in the first side face of the prefabricated concrete structure, and one end of the pouring groove penetrates the end face of the concrete structure in the first direction; and the prefabricated framework structure comprises a plurality of embedded stirrups embedded in the prefabricated concrete structure, the ends of the embedded stirrups extend out of the first side face, and the first side face is basically parallel to the first direction. The concrete beam provided by the embodiment of the invention is beneficial to improving the construction efficiency during beam butt joint.
