The construction method can solve the problem that a cylindrical formwork cannot be integrally hoisted due to the fact that a steel corbel extends out of the top of a cylinder, meanwhile, the problem that one-time pouring cannot be conducted under the condition that the height of the cylinder is large is solved, the construction quality of fair-faced concrete can be effectively controlled according to the construction method and requirements, and the problem that the appearance quality of the concrete surface is affected by formwork damage in the construction process is effectively avoided.
