Multi-layer retractable sun shading system and control method thereof
The invention relates to a multi-layer retractable sun shading system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a building glass curtain wall, a sun shading device and a controller, wherein the sun shading device is installed on the outer side of the glass curtain wall and comprises multiple layers of sun shading transverse plates which are horizontally arranged, one end of each layer ofsun shading transverse plate is fixedly arranged on the glass curtain wall, the other end of each layer of sun shading transverse plate is rotatably provided with a sun shading rotating plate, a sun angle detection device is installed on the outer side of the glass curtain wall, and the controller controls the rotating angle of each sun shading rotating plate in real time according to a detectionsignal of the sun angle detection device. On the premise of the minimum blocking visual field, the rotating angle of the multiple layers of sun shading rotating plates can be automatically adjusted inreal time according to the sun irradiation angle so as to control the inlet amount of light, part of direct light is converted into scattered light to enter a room through surface diffuse reflectionof materials of the sun shading transverse plates, therefore, the building energy-saving and comfortable light environment providing effects are achieved, the uncomfortable illuminance of the system can be reduced by 300%-600% under typical working conditions, and the annual unit area energy consumption is reduced by 36%.
本发明涉及一种多层退进式遮阳系统及其控制方法,系统包括建筑玻璃幕墙、遮阳装置和控制器,遮阳装置安装于玻璃幕墙外侧,遮阳装置包括多层水平布设的遮阳横板,每层遮阳横板的一端均固设于玻璃幕墙,另一端均转动安装有遮阳转板,玻璃幕墙外侧安装有太阳角检测装置,控制器根据太阳角检测装置的检测信号实时控制每个遮阳转板的转动角度。本发明在最小阻挡视野的前提下,可实时且自动地根据太阳照射角度调节多层遮阳转板的转动角度以控制光线的进光量,并通过遮阳横板材质的表面漫反射将部分直射光转化为散射光进入室内,从而达到建筑节能与提供舒适的光环境效果,典型工况下该系统可使不舒适照度降低300%至600%,并使全年单位面积能耗降低36%。
