The invention relates to an energy-saving and environment-friendly integrated wall surface. The energy-saving and environment-friendly integrated wall surface comprises a base plate and an outer veneer, the base plate is of a rectangular flat plate structure, the outer veneer is of a structure with the cross section being wavy, and one side face of the base plate and one side face of the outer veneer are mounted together through a connecting piece. By means of the energy-saving and environment-friendly integrated wall surface, the following problems that when a wavy aluminum veneer is designedat present, an existing wavy aluminum veneer and a base plate connected with the existing wavy aluminum veneer are simply connected and fixed through bolts, the design similar to a buffer layer doesnot exist between the aluminum veneer and the base plate, then the base plate is directly mounted on a keel frame, consequently, when the aluminum veneer collides with the outside, the aluminum veneeris prone to deformation and damage, no certain protection measures are taken for the aluminum veneer and a collider, and consequently losses of the aluminum veneer and the collider can be increased can be solved.
本发明涉及一种节能环保集成墙面,包括基板与外单板,所述基板为矩形平板结构,所述外单板为横截面呈波浪形结构,基板一侧面与外单板一侧面之间通过连接件安装在一起。本发明可以解决目前对于波浪形铝单板进行设计时,存在以下问题:现有的波浪形铝单板与其连接的基板之间只是采用螺栓简单的进行连接固定,且铝单板和基板之间不存在类似缓冲层的设计,之后便是直接将基板安装在龙骨架上,这样会导致铝单板在受到外界的碰撞时,容易出现变形损毁,且无论是对于铝单板还是碰撞者都没有一定的保护措施,导致二者的损失便会增加。
