The invention provides a formwork with pre-buried water and electricity installation pipelines. The formwork comprises a wood formwork body, a metal mold sheet unit and the water and electricity installation pipelines; a pre-opened hole is formed in the wood formwork body, the metal mold sheet unit is installed on the pre-opened hole, a plurality of installation holes are formed in the metal moldsheet unit, and each water and electricity installation pipeline is arranged on the corresponding installation hole in a penetrating manner; the pre-opened hole is square, the shape of the metal moldsheet unit corresponds to that of the pre-opened hole, and the length and width of the metal mold sheet unit are respectively 1-2 cm larger than those of the pre-opened hole; and the diameter of the installation holes is 4-6 mm larger than that of the water and electricity installation pipelines. By means of the formwork, the wood formwork loss rate can be reduced, the wood formwork turnover frequency is increased, the cost is saved, and good economic benefits are achieved.
