The invention relates to a connecting device for rapid connection of steel bars and a sleeve. The connecting device comprises a shell, a motor, a transmission assembly, two gear sets and two movable fastening clamps, wherein the motor, the transmission assembly and the two gear sets are all arranged in the shell; the motor drives the transmission assembly to rotate; the transmission assembly drives the two gear sets to rotate; and the output end of one gear set is matched with one movable fastening clamp to clamp the steel bar located on one side of the sleeve, and the output end of the othergear set is matched with the other movable fastening clamp to clamp the steel bar located on the other side of the sleeve. According to the connecting device, the gear sets on the two sides are drivenat the same time through the motor, and therefore the two steel bars corresponding to the same sleeve can be fixed and screwed at the same time, and the construction efficiency and the connecting quality are greatly improved.
