Mechatronics door lock and using method thereof
The invention relates to a mechatronics door lock and a using method thereof, and relates to a mechatronics door lock. The mechatronics door lock comprises a lock body, a small electric dragging platearranged on the inner surface of the lock body, a metallurgy spring bolt, an electric driving unit, a mechanical driving unit and a circuit board, the electric driving unit is arranged at the lower right side of the lock body, and the mechanical driving unit is arranged in the middle of the lock body and is linked with the electric driving unit; the circuit board is arranged at the upper right side of the lock body, and the input end of a single-chip microcomputer integrated on the circuit board is connected with a lower dead center sensor and an upper dead center sensor which are arranged atthe upper portion and the lower portion of the lock body correspondingly through signal lines; and the electric driving unit comprises a speed reduction drive box and a coreless motor, a drive end ofthe coreless motor is fixedly connected with the speed reduction drive box, an output end of the speed reduction drive box is fixedly connected with a small lock outer power wheel, and the small lockouter power wheel is in linkage with the mechanical driving unit. According to the mechatronics door lock, an operation mechanism is reasonable and stable, and when an electric drive part breaks downor is powered off, the purpose of unlocking can also be achieved through mechanical power unlocking.
