The invention discloses a screen window lock for a vehicle. The screen window lock comprises a seat body, an outer handle, an inner handle, a driving piece and a locking piece, wherein the outer handle and the inner handle are pivoted to the inner side and the outer side of the seat body through a rotating shaft and are coaxially and mutually fixed; the driving piece is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft; the locking piece is arranged on the seat body in a sliding manner; a spring bolt is arranged at one end of the locking piece, and the other end of the locking piece extends out of a matching piece; the matching piece is in sliding contact with the driving piece; and when the driving piece rotates, the matching piece can be pushed to move so as to drive the spring bolt to retract intothe seat body. The screen window lock for the vehicle is very simple and compact in structure, stable and reliable in connection and very low in cost, and is beneficial to wide application.
