The invention relates to vacuum glass and a production process. The vacuum glass comprises glass bodies (1), supports (2) and edge sealing frames (3), wherein slopes (11) are arranged on the four sides of the glass bodies (1) correspondingly, the edge sealing frames (3) are square-frame-shaped components, the two side faces of each edge sealing frame (3) are provided with corresponding inward inclined faces, the two glass bodies (1) are arranged in parallel, the slopes (11) are opposite, the supports (2) and the edge sealing frames (3) are arranged between the two glass bodies (1), the supports (2) are arranged inside the edge sealing frames (3), the supports (2) make contact with the side surfaces of the glass bodies (1), and the inward inclined faces on the two sides of the edge sealingframes (3) make contact with the slopes (11). The vacuum glass is simple and novel in structure, high in mechanical strength, high in vacuum degree, good in sealing performance, low in heat conductioncoefficient, high in heat insulation and heat preservation performance, and simple and mature in production process, reduces the production cost, and improves the production efficiency.
