The embodiment of the invention provides a charging pile ground lock control method and device which are applied to a cloud server, the cloud server communicates with a vehicle terminal, and the method comprises the steps that voice information and position information sent by the vehicle terminal are received; analyzing the voice information to obtain a charging pile ground lock control instruction; determining a target charging pile with a control authority based on the position information; and controlling the target charging pile ground lock with the control authority to execute a corresponding charging pile ground lock control instruction. The target charging pile is determined and the ground lock of the target charging pile is controlled through the voice information and the positioninformation, so that the ground lock of the charging pile outside the vehicle is remotely controlled through a voice instruction in a commercial consumption area and remote unlocking is carried out,and the vehicle can be directly driven into a charging position containing the ground lock to be charged without getting-off operation.
