Heat-transfer flame-retardant graphene heat-conducting plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a heat-transfer flame-retardant graphene heat-conducting plate which comprises a bottom layer, a supporting layer and a surface decoration layer, the supporting layer is located between the bottom layer and the surface decoration layer, and a heating component is arranged in the supporting layer. The heating component is flatly laid at the bottom of the supporting layer andplaced on the supporting table structure of the supporting layer in an overhead mode or arranged on the inner wall of the side face of the supporting layer in an attached mode, the heating componentis a graphene heating film, and the decoration layer is fixedly placed above the top of the supporting layer. The supporting layer with the bearing function is designed, the supporting layer is prepared from the light-weight and high-strength fiber reinforced resin composite material, the mechanical property is excellent, the bearing requirement can be met, the graphene heating film placed in thesupporting layer is well protected, and the graphene heating film is prevented from being displaced due to stress. The plate is high in safety, high in heat transfer efficiency and convenient to install, a plurality of plates can be laid and used through splicing, later repair and maintenance are facilitated, the service life of the whole plate is long, and the plate has wide application value andpopularization space.
