The invention discloses a preparation method of wallpaper capable of adsorbing and purifying air. The method sequentially comprises an adsorption and purification layer and an anticorrosive coating from outside to inside, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin into a reaction container, and adding a catalyst for reaction at a certain temperature to obtain a prepolymer; adding the prepolymer, epoxy resin, diatomite and diphenylmethane diisocyanate into a container, conducting reacting at a certain temperature, and conducting stirringto obtain an epoxy resin emulsion; adding an auxiliary agent and graphene oxide into the epoxy resin emulsion, conducting stirring, then adding a curing agent, conducting stirring for a period of time, coating a glass plate with the mixture, and conducting drying to obtain an anticorrosive coating; adding bamboo charcoal fiber, diatomite, activated carbon and C-Fe-MOF-74 into deionized water forstirring, then adding a sodium alginate adhesive, and obtaining an adsorption purification layer through a calendering method; and smearing glue between the anti-corrosion layer and the adsorption purification layer, and conducting pressing and adhesion, so as to obtain the needed wallpaper. The wallpaper has good mildew-proof, adsorption and purification properties.
本发明公开了一种具有吸附净化空气墙纸的制备方法，从外向内依次包括吸附净化层、防腐层，其制备方法包括将聚乙二醇和环氧树脂加入到反应容器当中，加入催化剂在一定温度下反应，得到预聚体；将预聚体、环氧树脂、硅藻土和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加入到容器中，在一定温度下反应，搅拌，得到环氧树脂乳液；将助剂和氧化石墨烯加入到环氧树脂乳液中搅，然后加入固化剂，搅拌一段时间涂覆在玻璃板上，干燥得到防腐层；竹炭纤维、硅藻土、活性炭和C‑Fe‑MOF‑74加入到去离子水中进行搅拌，然后加入海藻酸钠粘胶剂，通过压延法得到吸附净化层；将防腐层和吸附净化层之间涂抹胶水，压制粘连，得到所需墙纸。该墙纸具有较好防霉和吸附净化性能。
