The invention discloses a concrete block utilizing plant straws. The concrete block comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of cement, 10-16 parts of coal gangue powder,10-15 parts of fly ash, 5-12 parts of medium sand, 10-20 parts of waste plant straw composite fibers, 2-6 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 1-3 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,2-4 parts of a composite foam stabilizer and 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent. The invention discloses a preparation method of the concrete block using the plant straws, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the waste plant straw composite fibers, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and water, adding the composite foam stabilizer, uniformly stirring to obtain a premix,uniformly mixing cement, coal gangue powder, fly ash, medium sand and water, adding the premix and a water reducing agent, uniformly stirring, introducing steam, injecting into a mold, standing to obtain a primarily cured green body, cutting the primarily-cured green body, sending the cut primarily-cured green body to a steam curing kettle, carrying out constant-pressure steam pressing, and drying to obtain the concrete block.
本发明公开了一种利用植物秸秆的混凝土砌块，其原料按重量份包括：水泥60‑80份，煤矸石粉10‑16份，粉煤灰10‑15份，中砂5‑12份，废弃植物秸秆复合纤维10‑20份，羟丙基甲基纤维素醚2‑6份，十二烷基苯磺酸钠1‑3份，复合稳泡剂2‑4份，减水剂1‑2份。本发明公开了上述利用植物秸秆的混凝土砌块制备方法，包括：将废弃植物秸秆复合纤维、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、水混合均匀，再加入复合稳泡剂搅拌均匀得到预混料；将水泥、煤矸石粉、粉煤灰、中砂、水混合均匀，加入预混料和减水剂搅拌均匀，通入蒸汽，接着注入模具中静养得到初养坯体；将初养坯体切割后送至蒸养釜恒压蒸压，干化得到混凝土砌块。
