The invention discloses a production method of polymer adhesive mortar by using ore sand to replace natural river sand, which comprises the following steps: selecting cement, ore sand, rubber powder,cellulose ether and stone powder as raw materials, specifically selecting the following components in parts by mass: 390-450 parts of cement, 580-590 parts of ore sand, 20-25 parts of rubber powder, 2.5 parts of cellulose ether and 10 parts of stone powder, and conducting mixing and stirring. The method has the beneficial effects that comprehensive utilization of waste is achieved, and meanwhile natural environment damage caused by excessive exploitation of natural river sand is avoided.
