High-strength light-transmitting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to high-strength light-transmitting concrete and a preparation method thereof. The light-transmitting concrete comprises a concrete matrix and light-transmitting fibers arrangedin the concrete matrix, and the raw material formula of the concrete matrix comprises the following components by weight: 550-900 parts of Portland cement; 140-300 parts of silica fume; 80-250 parts of mineral powder; 3-20 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer; 850-1450 parts of fine sand; 80-180 parts of steel fiber; 5-40 parts of nano silicon dioxide and/or nano calcium carbonate; and 130-280 parts of water. Specific nanoparticles are added into the concrete matrix of the light-transmitting concrete, the formula of the concrete matrix is optimized, and the light-transmitting fibers areused in cooperation, so that the light-transmitting concrete has ultrahigh strength, high durability and good light-transmitting performance. The light-transmitting concrete can be used for emergencyescape platform plates, concrete inner and outer walls, decorative plates and the like, and is wide in application range.
