Environment-friendly binding agent for tundish dry material
The invention provides an environment-friendly binding agent for a tundish dry material, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1%-5% of caustic-burned magnesia powder, 20%-28% of powdered sugar, 15%-20% of cellulose, 15%-20% of magnesium sulfate, 18%-20% of citric acid and 3%-10% of boron oxide by mixing evenly the components, taking the mixture with 4%-5% of the total amount to be doped into a tundish dry material aggregate, and stirring uniformly to obtain the finished product. The environment-friendly binding agent has the advantagesof saving cost and being not easy to collapse. And the residual carbon amount is one fifth of that of the resin powder, so that the recarburization of the molten steel is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种中间包干式料用环保结合剂,其特征是,(按重量%比)轻烧镁粉1%‑5%,糖粉20%‑28%,纤维素15%‑20%,硫酸镁15%‑20%,柠檬酸18%‑20%,硼矸3%‑10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的4%‑5%掺到中间包干式料的骨料中搅拌均匀,即为成品。其优点是,节约成本,不易塌包。残碳量是树脂粉的五分之一,所以大大降低了对钢水的增碳。
