The invention provides an integrally recyclable artificial turf and a preparation method thereof. The integrally recyclable artificial turf comprises a gravel layer and a concrete layer, the concretelayer is fixed to the upper end of the gravel layer, a shock pad is fixed to the upper end of the concrete layer, a quartz sand layer is fixed to the upper end of the shock pad, and a fine filtering layer is fixed to the upper end of the quartz sand layer; a coarse filter layer is fixed to the upper end of the fine filter layer, a turf layer is fixed to the upper end of the coarse filter layer, the coarse filter net and the fine filter layer are arranged, rainwater carrying impurities and waste can penetrate through the turf layer and is blocked below the turf layer, and therefore the situation that more and more dirt is accumulated on the surface of the turf layer is avoided; the trouble caused by cleaning dirt on the surface of the turf layer is avoided, after the turf layer is used fora long time, the coarse filter screen and the fine filter screen can be well cleaned by taking down the turf layer, it is guaranteed that the coarse filter screen and the fine filter screen can well prevent dirt from passing through, and pollution to the quartz sand layer below is avoided.
