Prefabricated beam anti-tilting support
The invention relates to a prefabricated beam anti-toppling support which comprises a movable platform, turnover supporting frames arranged on the lengthwise side edge of the movable platform in pairsand connecting bases connected with the supporting frames and the movable platform, wherein one end of each supporting frame is connected with a connecting base, and the other end of each supportingframe is connected with a screw type jacking device used for abutting against a prefabricated beam web. The supporting frames are arranged on the lengthwise side edges of the movable platform in pairs, namely, the supporting frames are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated beam, the web of the prefabricated beam is jacked through the jacking device, the supporting frames are stably fixedto the movable platform through the connecting bases, and therefore it is guaranteed that the prefabricated beam has good stability in the moving process. The anti-toppling support of the frame structure is formed on the basis of cross beams, stand columns and jacking devices, so that the whole anti-toppling support is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture and install.
本发明涉及预制梁防倾支架,包括:移动平台、成对设置于移动平台纵长侧缘上的可翻转支撑架,以及连接所述支撑架和移动平台的连接座,所述支撑架一端与所述连接座连接,另一端连接有用于抵靠预制梁腹板的螺杆式顶紧装置。支撑架成对设置于移动平台纵长侧缘,即设置于预制梁两侧,通过顶紧装置顶紧预制梁腹板,连接座将支撑架稳定地固定在移动平台上,进而保证预制梁在移动过程中具有较好的稳定性,基于横梁、立柱以及顶紧装置形成框架结构的防倾支架,使得本申请的整个防倾支架结构较为简单,进而便于制作安装。
