The invention discloses an iron slag recovery device for steel bar machining in a production workshop. The iron slag recovery device comprises a flat car and a protective cover arranged on a flat plate of the flat car, an adsorption assembly and a driving assembly are arranged in the protective cover, the adsorption assembly comprises an electromagnet, a fixing ring and a first servo motor, and the periphery of the fixing ring is connected with the driving assembly through a connecting piece; the two ends of the electromagnet are connected with the side wall of the fixing ring through first rotating shafts respectively, the axis of one first rotating shaft is provided with a power line for supplying power to the electromagnet, the other first rotating shaft is connected with a worm wheel,and a worm meshed with the worm wheel is arranged on one side of the worm wheel in the vertical direction. Iron slag or reinforcing steel bars on the ground of a workshop can be adsorbed through an electromagnet in the adsorption assembly, the electromagnet is powered off after adsorption is completed, the electromagnet loses magnetism, the iron slag or reinforcing steel bars fall off from the electromagnet to be collected, recovery of the iron slag or reinforcing steel bars is quite convenient, and the workshop walks more conveniently after the iron slag or reinforcing steel bars are recovered, and physical injury to workers is avoided.
