The invention discloses a post-tensioning method unbonded prestressed anchorage pile structure and a construction method thereof. The post-tensioning method unbonded prestressed anchorage pile structure is characterized in that a drilling machine is used for forming a hole, after the hole is finished, a drilled hole and one or more spaced annular conical cavities along a pile hole are formed at the pile end in an extrusion expansion or rotary expansion mode, and then a steel strand with an anchorage device at the front end is placed in the hole; the steel strand extends to a hole opening all the time and is sleeved with a sleeve, the sleeve is filled with grease, the steel strand is completely soaked in the grease, then the hole is cleaned through a lower guide pipe, concrete is poured tothe position above the uppermost annular conical cavity, the rest pile hole piles are filled with soil or muck and the like, and the cavity becomes a disc body; and after the concrete reaches the preset strength, the steel strand is tensioned at the hole opening and connected with a building or a structure needing to be anchored, and pulling resistance is provided for the building or the structure. According to an anchoring head, the reverse pressure resistance of foundation soil can be utilized, the pulling resistance of the anchoring pile is provided, and compared with a friction type pile,later deformation is small, and the bearing capacity is high.
本发明公开了一种后张法无粘结预应力锚固桩结构及其施工方法,其工艺特征为先用钻机成孔,终孔后在桩端通过挤扩或旋扩方式形成钻孔本身和沿桩孔的单个或多个间隔的环锥形腔体,然后在孔内安放前端带有锚固器的钢绞线,钢绞线一直延申至孔口并且外面套有套管,套管内充满黄油,钢绞线全部浸泡在黄油中,然后下导管清孔及灌注混凝土至最上面的环锥形腔体以上,其余部分桩孔桩用土或渣土等填实,腔体成为盘体;在混凝土达到预定强度后,在孔口对钢绞线进行张拉,并且与需要提供锚固的建筑物或构筑物连接,对该建筑物或构筑物提供抗拔力。本发明中的锚固头可利用地基土的反向抗压能力,提供锚固桩的抗拔力,相比摩擦型桩后期变形小,承载力高。
