The invention discloses a drainage blocking structure capable of preventing foreign matters from entering. The drainage blocking structure is used for devices such as street lamp lighting devices, traffic signs and electrical equipment. The drainage blocking structure comprises a pipe body and a non-return structure. The non-return structure is provided with a fixing ring and a cover body which are combined. The cover body abuts against the opposite side of the fixing ring, the fixing ring is fixed to the inner wall of the pipe body, and the cover body can be opened toward the direction different from the fixing ring. By means of the drainage blocking structure capable of preventing the foreign matters from entering, the drainage blocking structure can be applied to a drainage groove in the bottom of traffic sign electrical equipment, accumulated water can be drained outwards through the cover body, the foreign matters can be prevented from entering the traffic sign electrical equipment from the exterior of the cover body, the probability that the traffic sign electrical equipment is damaged by the foreign matters is reduced, and the service life of the traffic sign electrical equipment can be prolonged.
