The invention discloses a fire-resistant heat-preservation type energy-saving plate. The fire-resistant heat-preservation type energy-saving plate comprises a panel, a first fire-resistant heat-preservation layer, core plates, a second fire-resistant heat-preservation layer and a bottom plate, wherein the first fire-resistant heat-preservation layer is arranged on the inner side of the panel; thecore plates are arranged on the inner side of the first fire-resistant heat-preservation layer and the inner side of the second fire-resistant heat-preservation layer; and the second fire-resistant heat-preservation layer is arranged on the inner side of the bottom plate. Compared with various existing plates, the fire-resistant heat-preservation type energy-saving plate has the advantages that the material consumption is low under the same strength, and the strength is high under the same weight; and a high-strength, fire-resistant, heat-preservation and energy-saving whole is formed under the condition that a small number of light materials are used, and therefore the wall face or the ground of a whole house can be lighter, and the overall strength, fire resistance and heat preservationof the plate are effectively improved.
