Aerogel-loaded foam concrete filled composite thermal insulation building block and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an aerogel-loaded foam concrete filled composite thermal insulation building block and a preparation method thereof. The composite thermal insulation building block comprises aconcrete hollow building block, an aerogel-loaded foam concrete block body and a foam concrete binder layer, wherein the concrete hollow building block comprises a closed bottom surface and a side surface perpendicular to the bottom surface; the bottom surface and the side surface form a cavity; the cavity is filled with the aerogel-loaded foam concrete block body; the bottom surface of the aerogel-loaded foam concrete block body is propped against the bottom surface of the concrete hollow building block; a gap is reserved between the side surface of the aerogel-loaded foam concrete block bodyand the side surface of the concrete hollow building block; the height of the aerogel-loaded foam concrete block body is lower than the depth of the cavity; the gap is filled with the foam concrete binder layer; and the top surface of the aerogel-loaded foam concrete block body is covered with the foam concrete binder layer. The invention aims to provide the composite thermal insulation buildingblock with the compressive strength of 3.5Mpa or above and the heat conductivity coefficient of 0.20W/(m.k) or below and how to obtain the composite thermal insulation building block, so that the composite thermal insulation building block is more practical.
本发明提供一种由气凝胶负载的泡沫混凝土填充的复合保温砌块及其制备方法。所述复合保温砌块包括:混凝土空心砌块,其包括封闭的底面和垂直于底面的侧面;底面和侧面形成腔体;气凝胶负载的泡沫混凝土块体,填充于腔体内;气凝胶负载的泡沫混凝土块体的底面抵接混凝土空心砌块的底面;气凝胶负载的泡沫混凝土块体的侧面与混凝土空心砌块的侧面之间留有间隙;气凝胶负载的泡沫混凝土块体的高度低于腔体的深度;泡沫混凝土粘结剂层,填充于间隙内以及覆盖于气凝胶负载的泡沫混凝土块体的顶面上。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗压强度高达3.5Mpa以上、导热系数低至0.20W/(m·k)以下的复合保温砌块以及如何获得所述复合保温砌块,从而更加适于实用。
