Continuous square spiral stirrup and prefabricated reinforced concrete beam without pre-embedded lifting appliance
The invention discloses a continuous square spiral stirrup. The stirrup comprises at least two closed hoops, the bottoms of the two closed hoops are continuously bent and connected through a reinforcing steel bar to form a closed spiral stirrup; and the two closed hoops and the closed spiral stirrup are arranged on a prefabricated reinforced concrete beam body as a whole. The invention further provides the prefabricated reinforced concrete beam without a pre-embedded lifting appliance. According to the prefabricated reinforced concrete beam, the continuous spiral square hoops can be used as hoisting grabbing points of beams, and the stirrup is formed by continuously bending the reinforcing steel bar through a continuous hoop bending machine. The stirrup is continuously formed, steel bar loss is reduced, and machined continuous stirrups are high in efficiency and precision. Compared with an existing closed hoop, the continuous spiral square hoops of the prefabricated reinforced concretebeam are high in structural strength, hoisting jigs are detachably installed on the continuous spiral square hoops, a hoisting ring does not need to be embedded in the prefabricated manufacturing stage, and on the premise that the structural performance and the hoisting safety are guaranteed, the manufacturing procedures of the prefabricated beam and the manufacturing cost are reduced.
