The invention relates to a steel strand anti-slip tool for construction with a pretensioning method. The steel strand anti-slip tool for construction with the pretensioning method comprises a pressingplate, bolt pins and elastic assemblies, wherein a plurality of through holes for steel strands to penetrate through are formed in the pressing plate; the bolt pins are uniformly arranged on both sides of the pressing plate, one end of each bolt pin penetrates through the pressing plate and is fixedly connected with an anchor plate, and the other ends of the bolt pins are fixed to the pressing plate through plugs; and the elastic assemblies are respectively arranged on one surface, which faces the anchor plate, of the pressing plate and are in one-to-one correspondence to the through holes, one end of each elastic assembly is connected with the pressing plate, and the other ends of the elastic assemblies are connected with the ends of clamping pieces.
