The invention discloses a structure of reverse hanging connection of post-added steel structures and floor support plates and a construction method. The structure comprises a group of post-added steelstructure beams arranged between steel structures of main beams or columns connected with two buildings, and the post-added steel structure beams are fixedly connected with the steel structures of the main beams or columns through bolts; and the prefabricated finished product floor support plates are arranged between every two adjacent post-added steel structure beams, the two ends of each prefabricated finished product floor support plate are erected on flange plates below every two adjacent post-added steel structure beams, the flange plates and the post-added steel structure beams are fixedly connected through bolts, and bottom plate concrete is poured on the prefabricated finished product floor support plates. According to the structure, a group of post-added steel structure beams arefixed between the steel structures of the main beams or columns connected with the two buildings, and the prefabricated finished product floor support plates are in reverse hanging connection with the flange plates below the post-added steel structure beams, so that the prefabricated finished product floor support plates can be used as a platform for pouring the high-altitude swimming pool bottomplate concrete in the later period; and the structure has the advantages of being short in construction period, convenient to construct and low in material consumption.
