The invention relates to a safety protection system for high-rise building construction. The safety protection system comprises a mechanical equipment detection device, raw material detection equipment, a camera and a central control module. The mechanical equipment detection device is arranged on mechanical equipment of a construction site. The raw material detection equipment is used for detecting the quality of raw materials to be constructed in real time. The real-time state of workers and the mechanical equipment is acquired. The central control module is connected with the mechanical equipment detection device, the raw material detection equipment and the camera. The safety capacity X1 of the mechanical equipment, the safety capacity Y1 of the raw materials, the safety capacity Z1 ofconstruction personnel and the safety factor F of high-rise building construction are set, and then the safety factor F of high-rise building construction is equal to a*X1+b*Y1+c*Z1. The safety factor in the high-rise building construction process is obtained by detecting and evaluating related factors of people, the construction materials and the construction mechanical equipment on the construction site, and people and objects involved in the construction process are uniformly arranged, managed, controlled and evaluated.
