The invention discloses a reinforced structure of a reinforced concrete structure column and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The problems that according to various reinforcing measures of an existing reinforced concrete structure column, a concrete protective layer needs to be poured after the structure is reinforced, so that the construction space requirement is high, the construction period is long, and the construction cost is high are solved. A reinforcing layer and a protective layer are sequentially constructed on the basis of the original reinforced concrete structure column of a building from inside to outside, and the reinforcing layer comprises a plurality of connecting ribs which are vertically arranged at the edges ofthe corners of the reinforced concrete structure column at intervals and fixedly connected with stressed steel bars in the reinforced concrete structure column, and reinforcing ribs which are arrangedat the corners of the reinforced concrete structure column in a full-length manner and fixedly connected with the connecting ribs, so that the connecting ribs, the reinforcing ribs and the reinforcedconcrete structure column jointly form a stress system; and the protective layer is composed of a metal net wrapping the outer side of the reinforcing layer and an epoxy resin mortar surface layer coating the metal net.
