Every four transverse frameworks form a group, and each group of transverse frameworks is welded end to end. Each group of vertical frameworks is welded at the end-to-end welding part of each group oftransverse frameworks. A top cavity, a bottom cavity, a left side cavity, a right side cavity, a front side cavity and a rear side cavity are formed by the eight transverse frameworks and the four groups of vertical frameworks, and a top plate, a left side plate, a right side plate and a rear side plate are welded to the top cavity, the left side cavity, the right side cavity and the rear side cavity respectively. According to the wind-proof and rain-proof shed used during material welding, through fixing holes in the middles of the upper ends of a baffle, the left side plate, the right side plate and the rear side plate, the cable ropes can be fixed through the fixing holes, meanwhile, iron rings are fixed to rings welded to the I-shaped steel or holes drilled in the ground through bent components, the wind resistance and stability of the wind-proof and rain-proof shed can be greatly improved, and the wind-proof and rain-proof shed is prevented from being blown down by strong wind.
