The invention discloses a novel foldable swimming pool cleaning arm. The novel foldable swimming pool cleaning arm structurally comprises a cleaning machine body, wherein a cleaning machine tank and aclean water tank are mounted on the cleaning machine body; universal wheels are mounted at the bottom of the cleaning machine body; the cleaning machine tank and the clean water tank are separately connected with a water pump; a longitudinal arm and a transverse arm are mounted on the cleaning machine body; and a plurality of nozzles are mounted on each of the longitudinal arm and the transversearm. The surface of the novel foldable swimming pool cleaning arm is descaled through the high-pressure water pump, and a worker pushing the machine body can hold a high-pressure water gun to supplement or clean dead corners, so that the cleaning effect is good; and moreover, the pool bottom is cleaned while the pool wall is cleaned, so that the cleaning efficiency is excellent.
